When refunds apply
Full or partial refunds are issued for verified print defects, shipping damage, or orders we cannot fulfill. Refunds are not available for customer-entered phrase errors after approval.
Refund method
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–10 business days after approval. Razorpay and bank processing times may vary.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if production has not started. Contact support immediately with your order number.
